We believe in the value of provenance: We collaborate with local producers to guarantee that every ingredient, meat or fish, is of the highest quality and exceptionally fresh. That is why we prepare fresh pasta, whether fettuccine or ravioli, it's made by us.

Something we brought here from our Capri traditions: We use handpicked Amalfi Coast lemons, with family recepies carried through generations, adapted to seasonal and local availability, for a genuinely Italian meal.
